If a session cancellation is needed, please inform the tutor at least one hour in advance. If you have already paid and you do not give a notice of cancellation, you will not receive a refund. If you are 10 minutes late to the session, without notifying the tutor, the session is automatically canceled and no refund will be awarded. So please  communicate with us!
